Definition

"Bordoichila"- a very popular word in Assamese culture is in lay mans view A fast blowing gusty wind, generally occuring in the month of April-May. In Meteorology, it is known as NORWESTERS ( The wind blowing from the north-west direction).

would you make any study over this bardoichila? because norwester is a pre monsoon thunderstorm over plain.. whereas Assam is a hilly region.. the characteristics of norwester and bardoichila is different.
